Henry Bloom – Founder, The Bloom Organization
Henry Bloom founded The Bloom Organization in 1990. Since then, Mr. Bloom has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in advising physicians, group practices, ASC development companies, private equity firms, hospitals and other types of healthcare operators and investors. Today, The Bloom Organization is the preeminent advisor, development partner and investment banker for surgery centers and physician practices. Mr. Bloom was an early pioneer of both the development and transactional aspects of the surgery center industry. Mr. Bloom is a board member in one of the largest urology groups in the United States, as well as the co-founder of a real estate holding company in New Jersey, which owns shopping centers, office buildings, and residential communities.

Jason P. Henke – Director, The Bloom Organization
Jason Henke has over 20 years of healthcare experience. Jason began his career as a healthcare provider practicing at a large sub-specialty Orthopedic practice. Subsequently, Jason was a management consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), advising C-level executives at some of the largest provider networks in the US. Since joining the Bloom Organization, Jason advises large physician practices and ambulatory care center stakeholders through successful consummation of a transaction outlining key strategic, regulatory and financial considerations.
Jason is a licensed Physician Assistant and holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Vince Kickirillo, CFA – Managing Director, VMG Health
Vincent M. Kickirillo is a managing director at VMG Health and is based in the Dallas office. He specializes in providing financial, valuation, and transaction advisory services to clients in the health care industry. His clients include hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, radiation therapy centers, and other healthcare entities. He has also provided expert testimony related to the value of companies in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining VMG Health, Mr. Kickirillo worked as a director for FTI Consulting, Inc., a director in KPMG’s valuation and litigation practices and as a staff and senior analyst in the financial advisory services practice at Ernst & Young.
Vince holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Clinton has 13 years of experience advising and consulting physician practice, post-acute, cancer centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and diagnostic imaging segments. Mr. Flume’s clients include academic medical centers and teaching hospitals, for-profit and not-for-profit health systems, independent physician organizations, ancillary services providers, development companies across several healthcare industry sub-specialties, and other publicly owned and privately held healthcare entities.
Mr. Flume is also a contributing author in the The Healthcare Executive’s Simple Guide to FMV published in 2017 in conjunction with the ABA Health Law section. Mr. Flume’s contributing chapter includes professional physician practices.
